
Hi. My name is Victoria Sallas and I am a NASM certified personal trainer. My home gym is in Tomball, Tx.
I love helping my clients reach their personal fitness goals whether it be losing weight, packing on muscle, getting in better shape for a special event such as a wedding, or just getting in better shape overall.
Unlike all of those people online who hide behind a computer trying to sell you supplements and programs that don’t work, I have studied long and hard to understand the human body, and just what it takes to help you reach your goals. In addition, I walk the walk. I go the gym on a regular basis, and I eat right. But working out does not consume my life. It doesn’t take 2 hour workouts for you to get the body you always dreamed of.
People look at me nowadays and think that it came easy for me. On the contrary…it was hard at first.
To the side is a picture of me when I topped 200 lbs. Yeah believe it or not, I once weighed 200 lbs. I can’t hardly believe it myself now.
At first I started walking just to get the body moving. Then I started jogging and eventually got to the point where I ran a marathon in March 2011. I lost some weight, but with all of that running I was doing…I still wasn’t looking the way I wanted to. I was stuck at around 145 lbs.
Then I tried swimming for a few months. But my body stayed the same.
Finally, I gave bodybuilding a try. In just under a year I went from a skinny fat 145 lbs to a solid 119 lbs of muscle. I wish I had this body back in high school ????
Wherever you are on your fitness journey, I have been there. My life experience coupled with my education in the field of fitness has given me a keen perspective on what it takes to succeed.
